Holland, Mich., (July 22, 2024) – Tiara Yachts, a family-owned manufacturer of American-made luxury watercrafts, celebrates the recognition of 16 of its authorized dealers by the 2023 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Awards from the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA).

The CSI Awards are given to marine industry dealers who demonstrate top-of-the-line customer service and rank the highest in overall satisfaction. The results of the ratings are used to help improve the quality of products, develop support programs, track trends, and monitor and advance customer satisfaction efforts throughout the industry.

The 2023 CSI Awards honored 1,000 boat dealers for customer satisfaction and excellence in sales and 759 boat dealers for excellence in continued service. Each dealer recipient achieved an independently measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction in each award area. Tiara Yachts is proud to have had several of its authorized dealers recognized by the NMMA each year since inception of the NMMA CSI Program.
